Contract Security Services
The clients specific needs as it relates to each individual contractual agreement
is the primary determining factor for hourly rates clients are to be billed. Other
factors considered include:
- Supervision
- Post Sensitivity
- Public Interaction
- Risk Factors
- Specialized Training required
- Level of Security Clearances Required
- Technical Complexity of the Operating Procedures
Customarily, overtime rates will be charged when the client requests
unplanned services with less than 72 hours notice. Overtime will also be
billed on the nationally recognized holidays listed below:
- New Years Day
- Easter
- July 4th
- Thanksgiving Day
- Martin Luther King Day
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Christmas Day
Additional items included in the hourly billing rate are:
- Wages
- Any related taxes: state, federal, unemployment, SOC, etc.
- Recruiting, advertisement.
- Insurance, workers comp, liability
- Special equipment and Uniforms.
- Supervision
- Specialized job specific training.
- Administrative & operational support.
- Job specific forms and supplies.
- Employment screening: Reid Psychological Testing, criminal records / background check – State of Texas, FBI and previous employment.
